	Zimbabwe has been ravaged by internal strife, poverty, hunger and disease. The proportion of adults infected by HIV AIDS in Zimbabwe is currently one of the highest in the world. As a consequence, the country has experienced a dramatic increase in the number of orphan and vulnerable children, many others have been victims of the political violence.

	SOZO’s primary objective is to support Zimbabwean organisations that care for orphans and vulnerable children; providing human, financial and material resources to develop their work.

	SOZO’s Christian values determine our working practices and partners. Our goal is to support partners to achieve self sufficiency and sustainability.
